Essa Al Shamsi, Senior Vice President of Terminal Operations at Dubai Airports, highlighted the meticulous preparations in place to ensure a seamless experience for passengers during this peak period. “Delivering the exceptional experience that DXB is known for during peak travel periods is always a challenge, but one we are well-prepared to meet with collaboration across the oneDXB family,” he stated. Al Shamsi added that this year’s efforts are further enhanced by festive activities aimed at creating memorable moments for travelers.

As part of the seasonal celebrations, the Family Zone in Terminal 3 will be transformed into a winter wonderland.
